
What is Sea Moss-
Sea Moss, aka Irish Moss, is part of the Chrondrus Crispus species and is a type of red algae found on the shorelines of the Caribbean Islands, Europe and the Atlantic shores of North America. Sea Moss is a very mucilaginous seaweed and has been used for centuries as a healing sea vegetable, especially to strengthen malnourished individuals.
Sea Moss is a superfood that contains 92 of the 102 minerals that the human body requires to function. It is rich in calcium and iodine, contains magnesium, folate, zinc, phosphorus, natural silica and selenium to name a few.
